Jazz Cathcart is the founding & lead pastor of Hope City Fellowship. He is known for fusing his musical giftings, his passion for fitness & personal development, and his burden to impact the community and the broader culture for Jesus Christ into his preaching, pastoring and leading.

His greatest desire is to glorify God by preaching the Gospel in an uncompromising, uplifting and relevant way and helping people know and enjoy their Creator while powerfully fulfilling their unique calling in the world. He has a burden for bringing people together across the lines that so often divide us through Christ and especially loves this aspect of Hope City's culture.

Pastor Jazz is a graduate of Ashbrook High School in Gastonia, North Carolina, Montreat College where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Christian Education, and Liberty University’s Graduate School & Theological Seminary where he earned his master’s degree in Church Planting & Evangelism.

He is husband to Chelsea G, dad to an eight year old princess named Hosanna, three God-daughters - DeAsia, Jasmine, and Jena, and a handsome boy named Tozer who is full pitbull and half teddy bear. To learn more about Pastor Jazz, click here.
